The images in the advertisement are indicative.~~They are preferably available for a long-term stay with water and electricity costs included up to €50 per month. For stays of 6 months the price will be 925 euros with the same conditions. Wifi included. Pets are not allowed and the apartments have a maximum occupancy of 2 people.~~The apartments are located on different floors without an elevator. They are distributed in a balcony with partial sea views, a living room-kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. All apartments are furnished and equipped.~~Documentation is required for the study of non-payment insurance.~~Close to service areas such as shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, health center, bus stop, taxi and a few minutes walk from the famous Marañuelas beach.~~* To reserve the property, the initial payment of 2 months of deposit will be necessary (to be returned within legal deadlines, after having delivered the home to the owner, as long as its condition is the same as at the time of delivery to the tenant and that the conditions of the rental contract are complied with).~**Law 12/2023, of May 24, for the right to housing, approved in Congress on April 27, 2023, and in the Senate on May 18, which is in force from the day after its inclusion in the BOE, on May 26, 2023, contemplates in Section 1 of Article 20 that in the case of housing lease contracts 'the expenses of real estate management and formalization of the contract will be borne by the lessor'.~This regulation DOES NOT APPLY in cases of lease contracts for use other than housing, premises, etc. and, in particular, does not apply to seasonal rental contracts.
